Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin, garnished with Lemon and Orange and served with Fever Tree Indian Tonic
Each vintage produces a unique gin, this 2020 vintage is peppery and slightly sweet, with a deep purple colour and full bouquet of aromas

Seven Seasons Green Ant Gin, garnished with lime and dried pineapple and served with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
This distinctly Australian Gin with native botanicals and real green ants is full of bursts of citrus delicate florals.

Swan Valley Distillery Butterfly Pea Gin, garnished with dehydrated lime and flowers and served with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
This violet-coloured gin magically changes colour to bright pink with the addition of tonic, the elderflower notes add an extra depth of florals to this West Australian gin

Giniversity Barrel Aged Gin, Garnished with Dehydrated Orange and served with Fever Tree Indian Tonic
This Margaret River Gin is aged in French red wine barrels lending smokey and spicy tones and a lovely depth of colour, a bold gin that holds up well with all flavours

Republic of Fremantle Negroni Spritz – a secret blend of their signature Gin, sweet vermouth, Campari and sparkling wine. Served over ice with fresh grapefruit.
The Negroni Spritz is a lighter, leaner take on a classic Negroni. This cocktail is the perfect aperitif, bitter-sweet and refreshing.
