We’re usually all about long lunches, but this Labour Day long weekend, we’re mixing it up for an exclusive evening of indulgence. For one night only, we will open our doors for dinner, offering a unique chance to experience everything you love about Rustico at night.

Featuring Michelle Spriggs on keyboard/vocals and Louise Marsh on saxophone/vocals.

Michelle Spriggs is a seasoned musician and music educator who has called Margaret River home for 21 years. Originally hailing from New Zealand, she moved to Western Australia for its warmer climate after earning her Bachelor of Jazz (Voice) from Canterbury University in Christchurch. Michelle’s performances span a variety of ensembles across the Southwest, from wedding bands and corporate events to large-scale concerts and intimate winery dinners, always delivering exceptional and engaging entertainment.

Joining Michelle is Louise Marsh, a local saxophonist and vocalist with over 30 years of musical experience in the region. A well-known doctor and accomplished performer, Louise is a member of established groups Doxy, The River Bugs, and the Margaret River Community Band.

Together, Michelle and Louise will entertain you with a mix of jazz, soul, blues, and reimagined classics.
